• Keep seller phone numbers and email addresses private — buyers reach sellers through in-app messages only.
• Verify new accounts by phone number confirmation.

• Illegal goods, drugs, weapons, and counterfeit products.
• Stolen items or items you do not have the right to sell.
• Fraud, advance-fee scams, and fake payment requests.
• Harassment, hate speech, or adult services.
• Misleading listings with false prices or photos.

• Meet in a public place during daylight, and bring a friend.
• Inspect the item before paying — never pay in advance.
• Use mobile money or cash in person; never share OTP codes, PINs, or bank details.
• Keep all conversation inside HuriaSoko messages so we can help if something goes wrong.
• If a deal feels too good to be true, it probably is.
